2 Blinking Smileys, no Solid Smiley, then back to Low Fertility again

Question

I got a smiley face for 2 days in a row (right on time for the 'build up') but on the 3rd day of testing I got a low fertility (empty circle) sign.  Does this mean that I possibly did not ovulate and have low chance of conception this month or is it possible that my surge was low and didn't make it to the solid smiley?  If it was low does that potentially indicate low chance of conception anyway?

Thanks for contacting us - there may be a small percentage of cycles in which you don’t see Peak Fertility. This can happen if a test is inadvertently missed, if you have an unusually short or an unusually long cycle, or you may not have ovulated during these two cycles. If Peak Fertility isn’t detected, the monitor may show High Fertility for an extended period of time. If this occurs, it’s unlikely that you’ll be fertile during this entire time. If you don’t see Peak Fertility over a number of cycles, you may wish to talk to your doctor. Hope this helps!
