A lot of money, no results!

I spent over $40 on one of the ovulation kits and the digital reader has given an error on 3 tests. I have read and re-read the directions and I am not using it incorrectly. Very disappointed that I spent this amount of money on 7 tests only to throw more than half in the trash in one day. Is there anything ClearBlue can do to fix this?
