Advance Ovulation test didn't work!!!

Hello,
I recently bought the Clear Blue Advance digital ovulation test (2 month supply).I followed all the steps and the first time I used it it gave me Error message # 20. "Please contact the Clear Blue Helpline. If you have unused test sticks do not use them with this holder." I called and the number is out of service. I'm very disappointed with the customer service. Anybody else experience this??? Do I really need to buy another box?
