Advanced digital ovulation kit

Question

I purchased the advanced digital ovulation kit, on CD 5.  I was so excited I started using it that day, however the kit stated to begin CD7, on 5 and 6 it was negative, which made sense, however 7-9 it has been a flashing smiley.  Is it possible to have a flashing smiley, high fertility this early, and for a week (it would be 7 days if I ovulate on day 14)?
