Advanced OPKs not working

Question

Bought the advanced OPK kit and when I inserted the test stick into the holder it did nothing. I was over the road with my husband could not just run to the store and replace. I had already thrown the box and stuff out so now I am stuck with test sticks and a holder that does not work. This was a wasted month and a waste of money.

I'm sorry the 'Test Ready' symbol didn't appear when trying to use our Advanced opk, Amy.  We understand time is of the essence when you're trying to conceive and would like to make things right.
