Am I ovulating or not

I took a clear blue test yesterday morning and it was a circle but I took another test at 10pm yesterday night which I don’t normally do but I had a glut instinct that I was ovulating due to mucus etc again that test a smiley face, I tested again this morning and was again a circle! What is going on am I ovulating it not?
