App crashed in the middle of setting up new holder and now it will not connect to my phone.
I recently switched to an iPhone X. My Clear Blue connected holder would not bluetooth with my new phone. I bought a whole new kit and attempted to set up my account with the new holder. The holder connected, and then in the remaining set up process, the app crashed. Now this new holder will not connect to the app again. I have paid $54 for this new kit and now I can't even use it. I am very frustrated and would like to know if there is any way to fix this.
