Bad Customer Service

Question

Costumer Service was horrible. A friend of mine bought the Advanced Digital Ovulation Test and it stopped working (error number 20). She asked me to call costumer service because she does not speak a lot of English. The lady that answered my call was very rude and unprofessional.
