Blank error for two tries

Hi, I bought Clearblue digital and had a blank error tried calling the hotline however both hotlines indicated on the package were unanswered. Tried buying a second time and I faced the same issue. Could someone please help me out on this please. Thanks in advance.

Hi Yana - Sorry to hear this - it looks like you are in Singapore and we don't have a Careline there.  If you have followed the instructions for use and the product is not working we recommend you return it to the place of purchase along with the purchase receipt for an exchange or refund.  Best wishes.
