Book errors on Advanced Pregnancy Tests

I bought the Advanced Pregnancy Test (3pk) today.  The reading I keep getting is a book error and I'm following the instuctions according to the box.  I only have 1 left and wondering if I can get a refund because I'm doing exactly what I'm supposed to.
