Broken Monitor, and missing LH surge question.

Hi! I was on day 4 of the flashing smiley face... and when I went to test the next morning the monitor gave me an error symbol (or the book). It had not gotten wet or anything! I'm so frustrated b/c I was right in the middle of testing. Is there anything I can do? It was a fairly new kit, and they are so expensive.

Also- if I happened to miss my surge- the next time I tested would it be a flashing smiley or go back to a blank circle? Thanks!

Thanks for your question, Abby. When using Clearblue Advanced Digital Ovulation Tests, High Fertility will be displayed when the holder detects an increase in estrogen. If an LH surge is detected, Peak Fertility will be displayed continually for 48 hours. If an LH surge is not detected, your holder will continue to display High Fertility until tests are missed for 3 consecutive days.
