Broken ovulation test

Hi, I recently purchased a box of the clear blue ovulation package and 5 out of the 7 tests did not work. They literally did nothing. I am really upset about this because now not only have I spent close to $50 on the tests I also will have to wait until next month to retest with a different brand. Is it possible to be refunded for the tests or receive a new pkg of tests in the mail ?
