I can not get a hold of anyone on the phone. After testing for the second time, the smiley face came up and did not go away. I tried to test again and the smiley face was stuck and it won't work. How do I get a refund?

The same thing happened to me, and I had to look up why I couldn't use another test after I got the solid smiley face. According to the website:

Peak Fertility is displayed constantly for 48 hours after it first appears
You cannot do another test while Peak Fertility is shown, as the Holder will not be able to read it.

Hi Ashley, Melody is correct. If you're using our Advanced Digital Ovulation Tests, Peak Fertility is designed to remain on the screen for 48 hours as a reminder that this is your most fertile time. Have intercourse at any time during this time to maximize your chance of conceiving. It's not necessary to continue testing after Peak Fertility has been detected, and your holder and any remaining test sticks can be saved for use in a future cycle, if necessary.
