Clear blue ovulation test confusion

Hi I’m all new to this and a little confused so hoping someone can help. We’re just started TTC a month or two ago. Decided to try the clear blue digital ovulation tests this month to help time things. My period started on Nov 23rd so I started testing this Monday Dec 2nd as recommended by the clear blue app. I’m now on day 13 of my cycle. I’ve been getting a low fertility result everyday but since yesterday my cervical mucus has really increased and I’m getting breakouts so my hormones must be doing something but I got a low fertility result again today. I’m afraid now I’m going to miss my fertile days and I’m actually ovulating now based on the level of mucus. Should I start testing twice a day or just wait a few more days. Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks.
