Clearblue Advanced Digital Ovulation Kit Stopped Working

Question

Hi! I have a Clearblue Advanced Digital Ovulation Kit. From one day to the next, the screen simply stopped turning on! I inserted several different 'refill' sticks, even from different lot numbers in case on was bad, and nothing could get it to turn back on. What do you suggest I do to get it working again? Thank you so much!
