Clearblue Advanced Digital Ovulation Test, can it be used for more than 1 cycle?
I am using the Clearblue Advanced Digital Ovulation Test. I got a high peak smiley face last month. I still have more strips left over, can I use them in the same monitor/holder as I used last month?

My cycle last month was 27 days but this month it is 24 days... I therefore think I will need more than 4 sticks as my cycle is quite varied at the moment. Can I buy more sticks? I wasn’t sure that I could! Or, do I need to buy another kit but not use the new monitor, only the sticks from it with the old monitor?
Many thanks

I have a similar question. I am using clear blue advanced and bought the 10 pack, I need to actually continue testing past 10 days and was wondering if I buy a new pack can I use the test strips that come with that with my current testing device. I understand that if I use a new device it will not have my body’s info stored in it so I am hoping to just buy new sticks to use in my device. Thank you!

If you are suitable to use the test your results will be over 99% accurate (Peak Fertility). We typically expect Ovulation within 24-36 hours of seeing Peak Fertility therefore you can stop testing once peak fertility is seen. As you have carried on testing and saw High Fertility, this can be normal as there is a second rise in estrogen which occurs after Ovulation.
You may use the same Holder in your next cycle with any remaining test sticks as the Holder will reset after 3 or more days of not being used.
Regards,
Sally.

How often can you use an old holder? Do they become more unreliable after a certain number of uses? Should i be writing the date and throwing after the second use??

Hi! What happens if I test twice a day after a day of with a "circle". I tested today morning and it was a circle and than in the evening and it said "high fertility". Does it mean that my estrogen got higher? Or is it a measurement problem as I tested twice (does the holder add the value of the evening to that of the morning?)?

Hi I used the same holder for two cycles but with new strips from another kit (I didn’t know you couldn’t use it for a long time) and it said I never ovulated the second month. Now I am pregnant (which is INCREDIBLE) however I am trying to figure out if I ovulated early before I started testing or if I likely did in fact ovulate on my normal day and the test holder just wasn’t able to give me an accurate reading.

I have been using the digital ovulation tests for several months. I never get flashing smiley (high fertility) and each month it goes from a circle straight to peak. Is that not possible? Does that mean I’m not ovulating?
Separately this month, I started testing on day 7 with my usual holder. It said 0 but then broke the next day so I started a new holder which said 0 on day 8 and then straight to peak static smiley on day 9 - are you saying this is all false because it is a new holder? In which case the new holders can’t really be used accurately for the first cycle or two?
Please help :(
