Clearblue advanced digital ovulation test sticks not sold in stores???

I bought the clearblue advanced digital ovulation test kit and when i did i noticed a box of sticks beside it. When i went to buy a box of test sticks there were none on any shelves of the pharmacies i went to. When i went to check online i saw they were only sold online. I want to know why they are only sold online and this is preventing us from checking ovulation for a baby and i dont understand why? Will they be sold in pharmacies in Quebec Canada anytime soon or do we absolutely have to go online because right now we cannot verify our ovulation cycle. If you could please get back to me as soon as possible please.
