Clearblue Digital and Clearblue Advanced Digital ovulation tests show different results

Hi, I bought both Clearblue and Clearblue Advanced tests and used them both in my first morning wee simultaneously. I was interested to see if the advanced gave me a feeling of better info as I start my journey and decide which kit to stick with. The regular Clearblue digital gave an empty circle (no surge in my understanding?) result and the but the Advanced gave a solid smiley face (peak surge?). What's happening? I was expecting that perhaps the advanced kit would show the difference between flashing and solid smiley when the regular just showed smiley. But this seems that they contradict each other. Help! Thank you
