Clearblue Digital Ovulation Test 20 count

I purchased this item last year and decided to use it yesterday January 9, 2023. It has an expiration date of October 16, 224. After reading and following the directions step by step once I inserted the test stick the screen remained blank. I repeated the process and still blank screen.
