Confused? Blinking smile

So, I had a blinking smile on Friday , Saturday and today, Sunday. This morning I started to have some bleeding. It’s only cycle day 18 for me and I have about 30-34 day cycles so it’s too early for a period. I’m so confused as to what this means.
