Contacting customer service?

How do I report that both of my test did not work? I followed directions and everything and both said unreadable. This isn't the first time this has done it to me either.

Sorry to hear about your experience with our tests, Anthony.  Please call our Careline at 1-800-321-3279 and mention reference #FB276.  We're open weekdays from 8:30am-5:00pm Eastern time.  Due to the holidays, we'll close at 3:00 on Christmas Eve and will reopen Thursday morning at 8:30 ET.  Thanks!
