Could I have missed my peak and continue getting flashing smiley faces?
Hello,
I was away on holiday and only had a limited amount of sticks- I’ve been using the Clear Blue Advanced digital OPKs.
On CD11 I started testing and received a negative. The next day (CD12) I got a flashing smiley face, I tested in the morning and evening. Now I usually test twice a day, as I have found with these tests I tend to test and get a peak result in the evening, but I only had so many tests with me and was unable to get anymore.
so I tested as followed;
CD11- AM & PM. Negative (circle)
CD12- AM. flashing smiley
CD13- AM & PM. Flashing smiley
CD14- PM. Flashing smiley. But later in before bed had what felt like my usual ovulation pains.
CD15- AM. Flashing smiley. Start of super tender breasts- which is unusual for me.
CD16 onwards to today (CD19) testing AM & PM- flashing smiley. Tender breasts lasted till CD18.
My query is because I didn’t get to test twice a day during high fertility- could I have missed my peak? And if I missed my peak surge on my tests, would I continue getting flashing smiley faces even if I did ovulate?
Thank you in advance for your help!

It's so hard to decipher sometimes isn't it! I had 15 days of flashing smiley's one cycle before I finally got peak. It could be your LH surge was too low for the test to detect, or, it could be youre ovulating quite late this cycle. Maybe go a few more days and then stop for that cycle if your other ovulation indicators/symptoms have subsided.
