Many women seem to be having the same issue, including me, as evidenced on many different discussion and review forums. Thus, there seems to be a glitch with the test - and not women's different cycles as your representatives claim in many of these forums. Please fix the glitch and offer a refund to the women who are paying a good deal of money for these tests. Your company seems to be making a good deal of money off of these tests while failing to deliver the 99+% accuracy rate.

The Clearblue Advanced Digital Ovulation Test tracks the changes in estrogen and luteinising hormone (LH) throughout the menstrual cycle.  If the necessary changes in estrogen are detected the holder will display High Fertility and if the necessary changes in LH are detected the holder will display Peak Fertility.  The test is over 99% accurate in detecting the LH surge if used according to the instructions.  

In our experience the most common reason for unexpected results is not being suitable to use the test or failure to adhere to the instructions.  When a product fails the best way for us to help is by phone so that we can talk through the individual circumstances and provide the most appropriate advice.
