I bought a clear blue ovulation test( advanced digital) by amazon... but on the third day that i have used the display became blocked and after that appeared the book sign. I live  in Brazil and i can't call you. I need another device because this one has a defect.  thank you. My email is: caleare@gmail.com

Hi Karina, we're glad you chose Clearblue, and I'm so sorry to hear you received an error symbol while testing.  As much as I'd like to help, our US Careline isn't able to send products overseas, and we don't have a Careline telephone number for Brazil.  We recommend that you check with the retailer about their exchange policy.  If you have any questions at all about using our tests, please let me know.  Best of luck to you!
