digital ovulation tester not working getting test stick plus an book with an arrow pointing at the test stick

I have the clear blue 20 ct ovulation test and took a test earlier and it was positive and since earlier this month I got a positive and yet didn't ovulated I waited another four hours to test and it was working correctly and the test started flashing and before the three minutes were up a symbol with the test popped up with a book pointed at it so I waited 8 minutes for it to go blank and tried again with a new test stick and again the test stick popped up saying it was ready to go so I dipped it and then started waiting the first three minutes and when the time was almost up again the test stick plus book with arrow popped up again.I need to know who I need to contact so I can get this figured out.
