Digital Ovulation test..very disappointed

after over 2 years of trying to get pregnant i thought i ll buy the expensive test...thinking it must be more accurate. I ve used the other ovulation tests just fine, but thought these should be more accurate.  I inserted the test stick and ejected it a few times but still the Display remained blank. It was a sealed box with no obvious damage to it. Now I have 6 unused sealed test sticks but no working test holder. with my irregular cycle I had my hopes on this test and I did not buy any other ovulation tests....
