Digital test

Hi I've had a friend buy me a double pack of pregnancy digital tests shes dropped them off but neither of them have even come up with the symbol to show the test working and I've recently had a termination  and come up with preg symptoms again and the idea was to rule out if I was and how far gone and neither test has worked at all. I have the batch number but I would like a pack of 2 digitals re sent out to me or in a store I can collect from as weve just spent 15 pound in Asda's on these.
