Display remains blank in new cycle.

Hi, I got a solid smiley with Clearblue Advance Ovulation Test last month and put it away. but this month when I insert a blank new test stick into the holder, I got nothing--the display remains blank. Does it means the holder broken or something else? Thanks for you advise.

Thanks for writing back, Firstep.  Unfortunately we don't have a telephone number for customer support in Hong Kong.  Our recommendation is to contact the retailer to inquire about their return/exchange policy.

Thanks for writing back, Firstep.  The digital holder is battery-operated, and it's possible that the battery is no longer powering the device.  Unfortunately, the battery is not replaceable.
