Display shows "Pregnant" but no weeks display

Thanks for sharing your wife's result, Trirath.  Not all Clearblue pregnancy tests have the Weeks Estimator feature.  May we ask the exact name of the Clearblue pregnancy test she used?  Also, in which country are you located?

Thanks for writing back to share which product your wife used.  Since the test didn't perform as expected, she cannot rely on the 'Pregnant' result, and she should test again with a new test.  Since we don't offer customer support in Malaysia, you may want to return the test to the retailer to inquire about their return/exchange policy.  We apologize for the inconvenience and wish you & your wife all the best.
