dont work!

Ive called the 800 number and waited for 40 minutes with no answer! I dont think youre that busy! i bout the 10 test ovulation kit....paid 30!!! and 4 tests supposedly had errors!! i dont think I made the same mistake 4 times!!! i want a refund!
