E3G and LH Threshold values

What are the default, preset threshold values are for E3G and LH to trigger "high" and "peak" respectively on the clear blue monitor? I have been using the clear blue monitor for a couple cycles, but my doctor wants the actual thresholds to compare to other hormone values we are tracking. I have been able to find it in monitor's manual. Thank you!!
