Encounter error symbol - point 20 of manual

Question

Hi, recently I had bought a new Clearblue Advanced Digital Ovulation Test. When I turn on the tester, the screen shows this error symbol which according to the point 20 of manual (http://www.clearblueeasy.com/pdfs/adv...), does it means the stick is faulty and I cannot use the test sticks with this faulty set? Kindly advise. Thanks

We're sorry this happened Isabelle. Unfortunately you're right. The Holder part can't be used again so please save your test sticks. This can sometimes happen if too much urine has been used but can you give our careline a call at 1-800-321-3279 and mention reference number 001807460A? We're open M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm.
