Error Booklet, used test correctly.

I purchased your digital pregnancy test CEN668/1. I used it correctly and have never had an error message or anything before. As soon as the test started registering the time turner it showed the booklet. I spend a lot of money on these tests and have never had an issue before. Am I supposed to just purchase another one and waste more money?
