Error C symbol

Question

I've been using the Clearblue Digital Ovulation Test kit (with 20 test and pink caps) and when I inserted the stick into the test holder I received an Error C symbol. I attempted calling your customer service line yesterday during business hours but the line just rang and rang and nobody answered. Can someone help me out?
