Error C Symbol

Hi, All.
I am a customer that uses the Clearblue.
The error C symbol is displayed on my Clearblue.
It continue over 3days.
What should I do?
My Clearblue is purple.

I live in South Korea.
So I will ask here.

I'm looking forward to your fast reply.

Hi, Stella - thanks so much for contacting us.  We're sorry to hear about your experience.  You've contacted Clearblue in the US and since we don't have a Careline in South Korea, you'll need to return the product to the place of purchase and ask about their return policy.
