hello my name is André from Brazil, I bought the device Advanced digital ovulation test 1 OB- GYN in USA, but to open the message it presents Q19 and can not do the tests . how to proceed ?

sorry, error message is Error C, Q20, not Q19.

Hi, Andre - all our products go through numerous quality checks during the manufacturing process, and this isn't what we'd expect. Unfortunately, we don't have a Careline for customer support in Brazil. We would recommend that you contact the retailer about their return/exchange policy.
