Error in the Digital Monitor

Clear Blue- I used the ovulation test and the first 2 days gave me the results correctly after that day the screen monitor gave me error and the next day just went blank. What I can do in that case. in the instructions says to contact help line but no way to contact them.
I am assuming there is a reason the digital meter keeps giving me a error ? Just purchased a kit 6 days ago from the store and I used two sticks it is stuck on the error Icon and nothing will reset it. This is not the first time this has happened and I'm very careful not to get the digital unit wet. There must be a way to reset it? Colossal waste of money and I am not happy. Please provide us a solution.
