hi, I tried to use Clearblue Ovulation test this morning,
the error sign appeared as soon as I inserted a unused test stick.
Nothing happened on this Monday...

The sign is 'a book' and 'an arrow'.
what does the sign mean?
It doesn't disappear.
Is it broken?

I'm sorry you received an error symbol when you inserted your test stick, HyeJo. Unfortunately, this could mean that your test holder can no longer be used. May I ask in which country you're located?

I used the ovulation test and the first 2 days gave me the results correctly after that day the screen motitor gave me error and the next day just went blank I do in that case. in the instructions says to contact help line but no way to contact them.
