Error symbol on ovulation test

I purchased a 20 tester, advanced digital ovulation kit. I have more than half the test strips left, but my monitor will not work anymore and has a book/manual (error) icon on the screen. Can I get another monitor mailed to me to use the remainder of the testing strips? Not happy because this was not a cheap kit.

I’m using the clearblue digital ovulation testing, I’ve used it 6 days without an error, then got the book error, is it possible to just retest again with a new stick and it work?

If the 'book' stays on the screen for longer than 10 minutes, unfortunately it is a permanent error.

I used the ovulation test and the first 2 days gave me the results correctly after that day the screen motitor gave me error and the next day just went blank I do in that case. in the instructions says to contact help line but no way to contact them.

Hi Karen, I'm having the same problem, I have used the kit, smily face stood up for 48hrs and then the book showed up ever since and is not stopping! What should I do???
I'm very upset as this is not a cheap kit and I hace many tests left but hhe reader is not working anymore!!!

I have the same problem. Had peak fertility and then the book sign showed and won't go away. I am very disappointed as i spent 40 euros purchasing this. I am very upset. everyone is telling me to call but I am not from the Uk so i have to call over seas and during your opening hours i am at work. I cannot call from my work line overseas. Is there another option.

I have bought this kit and it does not work. I tried two strips already and this ovulation kit is sooo dam expensive. I followed the directions and when I inserted the stick in the test, it blinked and then there was a solid stick on the monitor.It remained like this for about 15mins then blanked off. This is crazy. So expensive and it's not working. I want back a new working kit or my money refunded in full.

Im almost near to my peak days and the kit stopped working. Its showing the book symbol. I really wanted to see the solid smiley face. Now im gonna miss it out. Hardly used the kit.

·   Not assembling the test in the correct sequence

·   Too much or too little urine being applied

·   Inserting the test stick into the Holder after applying urine

·   The test not being kept pointing downwards during or after applying urine

·   The test stick being ejected too soon

To assist your use, we would advise to follow the instructions carefully and try again.

I'm getting the error symbol too. I tried the cup method and now have received the error message on 3 consecutive test strips and it's a new kit .. just bought it about a month and a half ago. So frustrating. It came highly recommended, but I'm disappointed. :/

Very upset. I purchased the 20 strip advanced ovulation test and it worked correctly for 1 day and now for the past 3 days it keeps showing an error message. I should start to ovulate in the next 4-5 days and now I can’t track it. I’m trying to figure out my ovulation after a miscarriage and to have the test not work is extremely upsetting and frustrating. Is there anyway a new test system can be sent to me ASAP I still have strips I just need the actual tester.

I purchased a cable connected kit and the first time that I tried to sync the host to my phone it gave an book/manual error symbol. I still have ALL of my tests sticks left. I paid $55 for this test not and it doesn't even work right out of the box before I could even use it for the first time. Very disappointed and feeling ripped off.
