Error

Question

I'm trying to use the Clearblue for the first time. My period is 2 weeks late so I can't set up my cycle. I tried using the  pregnancy strip and it comes up with 'Refer to Instruction Manual' and the number 3. Is it because I haven't set up  my cycle yet?

Hi Li,  Yes, you'll need to set up a cycle in order to do a pregnancy test before your first cycle of fertility testing.  Set the testing window for the time that you want to do the pregnancy test and then you should be able to do one.  If it turns out you are not pregnant then you'll need to reset your Monitor before setting up a cycle when you period starts but hoping you get the pregnancy test result you are looking for first!
