Faint positive

So i took the test,slip turned pink so i put it horizontaly and waited the 3 minutes to see the result, but i checked and the control panel was blank, maybe it was wrong of me but i believed that not enough pee had gone on the slip so i re-dipped and waited 10 minutes, that is when the line on the control panel appeared and a a faint line appeared on the window, so could it be i am pregnant with a faint positive?
