Faint Slanted Line?

This morning I took a test and i had the horrizontal line but also i had a faint slanted line underneath the horrizontal line. What does that mean? I'm suppose to start my period on Sunday. So is it too early to test or what?

We're glad you chose Clearblue, Jessica.  You can test with a Clearblue pregnancy test as early as 5 days before your missed period, which is 4 days before you expect your period to start.  If you test before the date of your expected period and get a 'Not Pregnant' result, there still is a chance you should be pregnant, and you should test again when your period is due.

We'd like to learn more about the faint, slanted line you saw.  Please call our Careline at 1-800-321-3279 and quote reference #FB869.  We're here to help M-F from 8:30am-5:00pm ET.  Thanks!
