Faulty? Error C

Question

I have bought a Clear Blue Digital Ovulation kit with 20 tests. The first test I tried did not work and gave me Error B so I had to use another strip which gave me a clear result. Today I tried again and only get the book error Error C. Unsure if this is faulty I am using the test exactly how the directions read. Thanks
