Faulty Ovulation Test

I purchased the ovulation test and was looking forward to try it after so much hassle of shipping it to Singapore, where I'm residing. But to only to find out that the kit is faulty. Nothing shows up on the display no matter how many times I eject and insert the test kit. I have no idea how can I have it replaced that I'm staying so far away.

Hi, of course I'm aware that I'm writing to clear blue in the states; where I bought my set of ovulation kit from. Anyway, it seems like I will never be able to return or exchange for a set.
