Faulty Ovulation Tests

I purchased the ovulation kits with the two pregnancy tests and used 3 tests with no problem. This month I have taken 2 ovulation tests and both tests stay blank even after 10 to 15 minutes. The line that shows automatically is not even showing. How can I request a refund or coupon to get another pack of tests?
