Faulty test; no result or hourglass.

I used the ClearBlue Week Estimator test this a.m. with first urine sample, but the hourglass nor anything appeared in the monitor screen. The pamphlet indicated to call for further information, but more than likely the test didn't work at all. Ultimately it is frustrating not only because of the price but the added stress of not knowing. I will take the second test in the a.m. tomorrow. In the meantime, if there is anything that can be given to me regarding the faulty test it would be appreciated.
