Fertility Monitor Failing?

I have the Clearblue Fertility monitor (which I've had for about 4 years) and this morning it indicated I needed to change the batteries. I changed the batteries, but it still indicated I needed to change the batteries. After another change it refused to turn on. Is there a way to fix this or is there somewhere I can send it to be fixed? Thank you!

Hi Julie - It's worth checking that the batteries are the correct type and inserted correctly.  Do go ahead a call our careline for further advice at 1-800-321-3279. We're open Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm
