Flashy smiley face to low chance?

Hi! I just received two days (one day break in between with the last one yesterday) of flashy smiley faces when I ran out of tests so I went to the store to get a new pack. I decided to go ahead and open it to make sure I still have a flashy smiley face since yesterday and its showing I am at a low chance now?
