Having flashing and smily faces for 11 days

Hello, I have been using clear blue ovulation kit for 4 months. I normally stop testing after I see smiley face. However, this months things got really strange. I normally have a regular period. I had my last period on November 24. It was 5-6 hours heavy period but then spotted 2-3 days. Since it was unusual, I started to test early this month. I already have two packs of strips and 2 holders. On December 2nd, I said let me start to test. The test showed straight away smiley face. I felt it is too early because my average ovulation days are anywhere between 12 to 14 days. I then used another holder the next day since smiley face stays on for 48 hours. It showed me blank face. I then tested again on December 4th it was flashing face and keep testing since that day and here are what I have so far. ( I bought the third bag when both became smiley in two following days)
December 2nd Smiley face
December 3rd Blank
December 4th flashing smiley face
December 5th flashing face
December 6th smiley face
December 7th smiley face
December 8th blank
December 9th smiley face
December 10th smiley face
December 11 flashing face
December 12 flashing face
Now I don't even know what is wrong because I do not thing all those three packs have problems. I also confirmed with another test in peak days which was pick with that one as well. I searched the internet and people write that I might be pregnant already but several pregnancy test with clear blue advance test came negative in those days. I had my doctor appointment yesterday and I am sure that I do not have infection or PCOS. In the ultrasound he sad I see an egg in your right ovary but it is not mature enough. What do you recommend me? Should I keep testing or stop it? Is it possible that I am ovulating two times in this cycle?

Hi Rose - We'd recommend you discuss these results with your Doctor.  Our test displays Peak when an increased level of LH is detected in the urine sample that you test.  The sensitivity of the test is 40mIU/ml and it can show Peak at levels as low as 22mIU/ml.  A typical basal level of LH is 3-13mIU/ml and a typical Surge is 50-200mIU/ml.  As you have had several Surges that have triggered a positive result but that have not resulted in ovulation we would recommend that you speak to your Doctor about the suitability of this test for you before testing in the next cycle.  Wishing you all the best.

Oh actually it turned out that I was actually pregnant at that time which pregnancy test showed days later. So that means ovulation test does detect pregnancy earlier than pregnancy test :)

Hi Rose - The ovulation test cannot be used as a means of detecting pregnancy. Our ovulation products have not been assessed in this way in neither laboratory nor clinical studies.
