Hi Lauren, when using the Clearblue Fertility Monitor, it's important to use the first urine after sleeping, as this contains the highest concentration of hormones. You can change your testing window as long as you're still before your chosen testing window on day 5 of your cycle. Just press the 'm' button for 5 seconds until the 'm' symbol disappears. The screen will return to it's original state (as if you hadn't yet set the 'm' button), and you can set a new testing window. Remember, once you've set the 'm' button and you're past day 5, you cannot change your testing window. Hope this helps!
